follow up on resources discussion

One new idea that popped up today is to make the moderated content
George was talking about a formal teaching resource for Drupal
teachers.

formal teaching resource for Drupal teachers at Teaching institutions
(so students would follow the course online and get the credits for
practical work that is mentored by the teacher).
