Theme guide IA view for untagged pages

Hey folks, so we got a view set up on d.o to show which pages in the
theme guide have not been tagged with the IA vocabs yet. (Technically
it shows the ones without an info type vocab set yet.) Please feel
free to hit 'em up and tag 'em. If you find things wonky about the
view itself, make an issue in the queue or ping me on IRC and I'll see
what I can do.

Hi Addi,

Thank you for the good work. I am doing the tagging for those pages
now. It seems that I don't have edit permission to all the pages. I
wonder if this is the opportunity for me to ask the permission so I
can contribute more to docs.
